Berlin court ruling permits use of leaked Malta Gaming Authority files

Security researcher Lilith Wittmann said Berlin Regional Court II ruled that she could use documents obtained during a breach of Malta Gaming Authority systems. The documents reportedly include licensing and due-diligence material such as ownership information, funding records and business plans.

Curaçao licence register shows 42% of entries under assessment

An analysis of the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s 21 September register found 281 of 665 online-gaming licence entries marked “Assessment in progress.” Most of those entries display expiry dates that have passed, although the register does not establish that the licences have legally expired.
