Revised UK Gambling Commission licence fees took effect on 1 October 2026, with increases of up to 25% for operators based on gross gambling yield. The changes also coincide with new remote-operator requirements covering gross deposit limits and the presentation of deposit-limit tools.
An analysis of the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s 21 September register found 281 of 665 online-gaming licence entries marked “Assessment in progress.” Most of those entries display expiry dates that have passed, although the register does not establish that the licences have legally expired.
