Ireland regulator’s licensing rules push major betting site off market

Ireland’s GRAI licensing system for online betting took effect on July 1 and introduced new requirements on age verification, prompt payment of winnings, and a ban on credit card use. The regulator has issued 33 online betting licences so far.
