Attackers intermittently replaced Jurojin Poker update packages with versions containing remote-access software between June 2025 and June 2026. The incident reportedly compromised about 30 players’ devices and exposed poker screens and hole cards.
High-stakes online poker players were targeted through compromised third-party poker software, according to reporting cited by PokerNews. The affected software company said it had addressed the incident and planned measures to prevent a recurrence.
A woman was accused of trying to redeem a $1,400 winning sports-betting ticket at Blue Chip Casino after the payout had allegedly already been claimed. Authorities charged her with felony cheating at gaming and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
