The Press Association agreed to acquire racing-data and wagering-technology supplier RAS Technology Holdings for AU$49.8 million. RAS provides services to operators including Entain, Flutter, bet365 and Tabcorp.
Octoplay was granted interim authorization by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. The approval adds Pennsylvania to the supplier’s North American footprint, which includes New Jersey, Michigan, Ontario and Alberta.
Maincard has raised $7 million for its white-label iGaming platform. The company plans to use the funding to expand in the United States and launch at least five brands in the fourth quarter of 2026.
