Michigan warns players about security and consumer protections on offshore gambling sites

Michigan regulators issued cease-and-desist letters to 33 offshore operators offering casino, sweepstakes and sports-betting products to state residents. The regulator warned that such sites may not provide required safeguards for personal and financial information, deposits or disputed funds.
